Lax call center

Is there another call center who is lax or not strict with regard to their policy like browsing and EOP (English Only POlicy)? I find these policies annoying and OA. I hope I can find another call center like my current one that is about to close. Please help me fellow call center hoppers.

It is hard to find a center like that. Most centers usually implement EOP, dress code and browsing related sites only. It would be very difficult to find such call center. Probably you can try those call centers that are not famous, they are not that strict. But the catch is, they might have issues with salary and their employee as well.

Hello stuck, the reason why they had to implement english policy only was to help the agents speak more english so that they can get used to it most specially if they are on the floor talking to customers. unfortunately, I can't help you there, i haven't been in the call center industry for YEARS. besides, unless you got other language for you to learn and work in a call center with, looking for work won't be that easy
