Recently I had a bad neck pain. It seems that all the big veins in my neck were throbbing which cause sever headache. I am not high blood. My BP is 110/70 which is my normal. I had my check up and was hooked to an IV laser. I tried to browse such treatment but I cannot find much about it. Please share your experience if you had gone through this treatment.

Hello Irene. BP 70/110 is quite good. So, this is not due to BP. You might want to consult with your doctor any way. Some time ago, not neck pain, but headache frequently. That was also not due to BP. Taking the advice from a friend of mine, I started practising meditation. After a while, the headache problem was gone. So, would you also like to try meditation ?

hello greenline, Very much! I would really want to learn meditation. Actually, I bought a CD about meditation but when I got home, I just stock it somewhere until it was lost. Too bad. I should have started it before yet.

I never had such treatment but I also have neck pain. It's because of my scoliosis. If my chair is not high enough and I can't adjust it ( there are chairs which can't be adjusted easily) I'm having neck pain and it will sometimes last the whole shift. How have you been doing? Was it treated?
