Does Paypal Deduct Some Money from your Account?

I need some explanation my friends. I don't know if you also experience this but lately, I noticed that I lost some dollars from my Paypal account. I haven't withdrawn anything nor bought something online yet ever. I decided to keep the money in it and just withdraw when I need some which never happened yet because it's only lately that I got earnings online.
What do you think happened? Does Paypal deduct several dollars from an account? Your helpful answers are highly appreciated. Thank you.

It could be due to the fluctuations from the foreign currency exchange rates on your payout.
You may want to check it out since you could be paid in various currency and denominations.

I didn't know that paypal deducting money from our account without our acknowledgement. I know encounter this problem until now. Try to look review your withdrawal maybe someone used your account.
What I know is that paypal deducts for service charge.

I am from the US and I have had my Paypal account since 2001 without any problems. I am sorry if you think that you are.. have you contacted support to find out if that is what is going on?
Also make sure you check ALL TRANSACTIONS to see if something is going on.. there are charges that some companies charge to go through like paypal like a debit card. So make sure and check it out..

I only get deducted PhP50.00 whenever i withdraw from my earnings. But other than that, there's none actually.
To best clarify on this, you can contact them, or email them about it.
