I've been an agent for Sitel for more than a year and I can say that it is one of the better call centers that I've been with, that is, not compensation but benefit-wise. Their health coverage (Maxicare) covers your dependents including their medicine. You will have 10 thousand pesos dental coverage per year which are maximized by agents by asking one of the workforce for a dental receipt and then they will ask for a refund from maxicare. Also, there is a 2,500 pesos per year optical reimbursement.
I was with their dayshift account, Telecom New Zealand, wherein the shift starts at 2am and ends at around 8pm, Manila time. The only downside of this call center (aside from the low salary that is around 18k in total including allowance and dayshift premium) is that the account was moved to Libis from Pioneer. It was a disadvantage at least for people like me who preferred the Pioneer site. But overall, the working environment was great, most of the people on the floor are friendly, it's kinda lax (although there are queeing times) and their management is really agent-friendly. I remember when Ondoy strikes, the management gave financial assistance of up to 12k per affected agent aside from the optional early 13th month pay. It was really generous compare to Stream and other call centers that only offer early or advance 13th month pay.
So, have you worked for Sitel? If so, can you share your experience here. And if not, will you be working after learning some of these stuff?

My GOODNESS! this is my frustration. Regardless of the salary I really want to work there at Sitel because they have online gaming account and that is what I am interested. But unfortunately I wasn't able to satisfy the interviewer that is why I wasn't able to make it while ago. Can you help me in other tips on how to pass this process? Does it also have grammar examination? What kind of examination do they have? And also what is the process in versant?
