Hello Mylot Peeps. Just wanna share my experience with Teletech Makati. This is an Australian account so the shift is between 6AM and 6PM only (Manila time). Before it was moved to Ecoplaza in Chino Roces Extension, our office was in Makati CBD, just in front of Convergys Building. Their Ecoplaza building was definitely bigger and better, with great amenities like Wii, table tennis, spacious (and clean) sleeping rooms etc.
The account itself was pretty misleading though. We were led to believe that it was an inbound sales account, so we expect that we will sell something. But when we hit the floor, the main metrics was CSAT (or customer satisfaction) survey and upselling doesn't even count. The environment was pretty lax, there were a lot of system down times back then and our TL will just have us meet together for a meeting. There also were times that we receive huge volume of calls about billing disputes but most of the times it was just an inquiry. The hardest part of this account is the system navigation. This is one of the hardest to learn system of all time- oh shoot, I even forgot the name of their system. LOLz.
Salary offer is 19k and 1k allowance. All in for agents.
So, overall, Teletech Makati has their own set of pros and cons. If you've been with this company, which do you think is weightier? The pros or the cons? To those who haven't been with teletech, will you give it a try?

Oh I love to be in a call center world Stuckonu but for just a time. I just want to experience how to be in there. I'm just curious. And why not trying with Teletech. My place is near their Bacoor branch. But my husband don't like my idea to work now. He wants me to prioritize taking care of our 3 children, I just agreed to him now that my youngest is only a year old. But maybe in 2-3 years now, I will try to find a job in that industry to satisfy my aspiration *lol
