Everyone in the world has so much to hear; so much to say! It is gratifying if you find a place to do so and if there are plenty of nice people with whom you are able to do these. There are several topics with which different people have varied degree of information & knowledge. It helps to learn & to share. It sharpens the understanding when I get a chance to articulate. It is a wonderful experience when people come together in a virtual seminar hall to a lively discussion. It is even more redeeming when you find everything so well organized-topic wise posts, threaded comments, alerts to members, displaying similar posts-are all wonderful work. It makes my mind active & my brain sharp. I feel there is added agility in me. Do you think so too? Isn't this a brain tonic?!

Hello Pushhyarag, Isn't mylot brain tonic? For me, it is. I agreed with your opinion and ideas. I saw that English proficiency of each person in mylot grew well. Like I said in my discussion entitled to learn language through mylot. I often run out of ideas to be expressed, but by reading their responses, their writing inspire me a lot and i could write a new idea, that's why I was very happy to spend sometime on mylot.

You know, I rarely have heard a better way to describe myLot than a brain tonic but you are in fact right. It allows us rather to get our brain flowing and getting the ideas going. I do admit that there have been many times where I really did not really think of a lot of things that have been posted right here at myLot. However it is rather true. There are just going to be times where my mind is going to be flowing forward. I think that it gives the brain a nice little spike. Gets you thinking in nice ways that you would not really be thinking in any other way whatsoever. But it is true. myLot is good for you and good to really get your mind going to an insane degree. I do enjoy every second of my time. It is an experience where I would seldom regret any single second of it. That is what myLot is to me in the end.

I had never thought it that way, but you are right. I live alone most of the time and that way it is difficult to complete thoughts if you don“t have the feedback that answers give you. And mylot is so well done as a site that, when you get into an interest, you can follow different threads of thought by checking other similar posts and answering or commenting them.

I agree with you. There are some discussions here that make me think a lot, and not just type anything that comes into mind. Also, I find it educating to learn about how other people from different places think. Also, I find it endearing when people say they have learned from something that I said. Sometimes, too, in the middle of work, an idea suddenly pops into mind and I start a discussion.

Ha ha, that's what I believe the stimulating medium like myLot does to us: ideas pop suddenly. Well said. Thanks

Yes, i also agree that mylot is a brain tonic. Simply because it lets us unfold our ideas, thoughts and creativity, particularly in writing. It is another way of improving our vocabulary and grammar skills too. Through the other members's comments we can find new and even difficult words which are seemed unfamiliar to us. Thus, for me mylot is really an awesome virtual seminar hall for the purpose of knowledge enhancement.
