Hello Friends :)
Shopping from the one shop is common. I mean may be many of you only purchasing clothes from one selected shop. And its surely normal things. As many people thinks that clothes are more comfortable for them from one particular place.
But is this place is 150km away even you are living in city ?? 
Well, I am not talking about simple purchasing during journey or trip. In morning I was with my friends. One of my friend told me some interesting things about his some relative. He told me that his that relative always purchase his clothes from one particular shop which is 150 km away form his home. And he used to go their specially for just buying clothes.. ONE DAY TRIP..
I guess its okay to go if he enjoys that clots that much..But still its something funny. I mean my friend told me that he never looks in local shops in the city for the same purpose.
Well, the city he and I live is quite big and in fact it is one metro city.. And the place where he used to go is some little town..
So surely an interesting choice...

hmmm quite interesting,
well i know few people are obsessed and this is an example of the same.well if you ask for me,i do ake my clothes from one particular shop and that too is far off from my place,almost 28 kms but i trust the management there and don't want to waste my time looking for things that i won't be taking up later.

Oh.. That's cool and fair enough. If you are satisfied with your shopping from their and if quality is best then its nothing wrong in it. I guess the person I am talking about is also doing this because of the same reason.
Well, I found it more interesting because I never do this. I mean I have some few shops for shopping, but those all are in my city. I used to shop from different city but that only during my trip their. I don't used to go their specially for shopping purpose.

Yes I am one that is particular about where I go to get my clothes and since I know my city well and most of the stores, I tend to go far and beyond at times. As I just have to have it. lol
Like haircuts and styles some of us can be particular while for some there are no preferences. I won't inconvenience anyone though as when I do go I do tend to make it where they are aware and or I go alone.

Well.. Even I used to go on some particular place only for things. But I don't choose place which is in outer city. I mean I always used to buy those things from my city only. Its different thing if I buy something during trip. And also for special occasion like marriage some people used to go in different city for buying clothes. But I would not go like this frequently just for buying clothes specially.

hi akp that is an interesting story. I suppose its a certain brand he cannot get in his city but thats odd as a big city would have so much more choice in clothes shopping than a small town.also if its the cost of the clothes I wonder if he counts out how much he spends getting to that far off place from the big city h e lives in? I think I would make a special effort to find clothes I liked in the city where I lived and save the cost of the trip unless he enjoys

Yes I think its all about jeans he used to buy from their.
Hately.. Even I thinks the same. And I found it odd because he is going from city to small town. And also its not related to money as surely he is paying more for those because he used to travel 150 km for that thing. May be he is more satisfied with the jeans from that town.
About me, Even I used to go on particular places only. But those all are in my city. I don't used to go that far just specially for shopping purpose.

Never mind, if I had that amount I would definitely go shopping at Dubai... US for my breakfast (evening) and then return back daily if that would be possible

Yes some people are choosy and like to go for shopping of clothes from a particular shop may be they find that shop having trendy clothes or may be they like the rates at which they buy clothes.
But in my case i am not shop specific i like to buy particular things from particular place.Like in DEKHI i like to buy books from NAI SADAK,clothes from KAMLA MARKET/MONESTY/JANPATH or sometimes from GANDHI NAGAR/PALIKA BAZAR,eatables or house hold items from SADAR BAZAR if buy for whole month or two.These all places are nearby my house and in a circle of around 10Kms i won't like to go for shopping for 150 kms but then it depends on people may be your friend get some huge discount from that shop.

Don't know about discount if that person is getting some huge.. But yes as he is more comfortable and satisfied with those clothes he used to go their only.
Wow sj.. You have given good list their. I would like to visit them If I came to your place. And its good that you having all of them around your home. You are lucky in this case. I mean having good shop very near to you.

Well if that particular store can serve him the fashions that suites him then its okay, rather than losing his confident in dress that he don't like in a near store, I think I will do the same also! This is called traveling for fashion with sacrifice

he must love their brand and quality of clothes just to travel like 150 km to get there! That would takes hours! It's better to live close to a large shopping mall so that there are more shops to shop from and you can compare product prices with other nearby stores. I live in a suburb full of different clothing stores and there is one particular store that I visit often. The other clothing stores nearby I never buy from because they never have the stuff I want. I sometimes go to another suburb nearby which has a really big shopping mall with lots of branded clothing. I shop there too. When I go out with friends, we tend to go to different places and we have taken the train to further areas to shop for more things! @akp100 (13647)

Its okay to go different place if we don't have more stuffs in our area... But the person I am talking about is leaving in big city. A metro City. And still he is not shopping from their and going for small town which is quite far away form his place. May be he have found something unique from that place.

I used to shop in the same mall for about 5 years. And you know why? because I know that that certain mall never let me down, plus it lessens my shopping time to a minimum. When I try to shop at a different mall, it takes me hours just to look for something that I like. Sometimes, I end up too tired to go on, and just go home without buying anything.

I guess its normal. Many people used to go on their selected place for shopping. But Its not normal if they go place which is 150 km away. At least I don't go such way. Even I used to go on some selected places for shopping but thats all in my own city. I used to buy from other cities but its during my trip, I don't go such far away specially for shopping.
