What else can I do with the Omnia II?

Samsung Omnia II - One of the last WM 6.5 phone rolled out by Samsung

I am playing around with mine. And am wondering, other than changing the OS to android, or installing new software for the WM 6.5, what else can I do with the Omnia II? Going onto Android was fun. But the OS sure sucks a lot of juice out of the battery. Surfing around, I could not find a way to override the ROM to make it run Android without first loading windows. I guess the heavy battery usage is partly due to the windows platform running in the back ground. Now, I am finding ways to breath new life into my Omnia. Any interesting ideas to share?

I dun like samsung phones at the moment. I like their OS but somehow there's a problem when u tried to sync it to the desktop. Some says it's samsung's problem and whatever, but i just dun trust it. UNtil they get that solved, only then i would consider getting Omnia. There's no point in getting a smart phone when i can't sync it? I rather go for other brands instead I guess where battery life is concerned, it's bound to drain faster because it's meant for work purpose.
