Ok, so the first reports came in that Ghadaffi was wounded in both legs while being captured by Libyan forces. As I listened to the reports I wondered how long before we hear of his burial at sea (ala Bin Laden). Well, that report has yet to be be announced, but it was less than an hour later that reports that he was killed came in. So I'm still waiting for the third verse of the Ghaddafi Demise Dirge. Until that comes though, we'll just settle for this darkly funny little Eric Idle ditty, dedicated to the little Libyan louse.. Muammar Gaddafi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fczjCi73So8

Colonel Muammar Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi was a very big man, and a thousand times human than all his enemies put together. A brave, perceptive African leader and a champion for the freedom of nations to be, sleeps. For years, the Colonel managed the affairs of his nation, while refusing to bow at the whims of neo-colonialists. Any African leader who could keep at bay Western imperialists with history of plunder in Africa and disdain for the prosperity and independence of Africa is a superb leader! Colonel Muammar Gaddafi was an International Freedom fighter! Contrary to popular belief, Colonel Muammar Abu Minyar Al-Gaddafi kept Libya away from the reins of noted world imperialists and kept the Central Bank of Libya independent from the IMF, World Bank and their affiliates. Colonel Muammar Abu Minyar Al-Gaddafi fought a heroic fight and finished his race. The Colonel will forever be in my book as a Great and Perceptive African Leader, and an International Freedom Fighter.

They had a film of the trashing of his body on the news tonight. Folks are also dancing in the streets over there. I would say that it is a wrap.

Just heard the news, and saw the pictures. The world has one less monster in it.
