People find baking a little daunting with all the work to be done ahead of time, all the preps, preciseness in measuring, proper temperature, following recipes and formulas, and attention to details.All this hard work is a little bit harsh and stressful for a cook, but for a homebaker the whole process from preparing your ingredients to pulling the finished product out from the oven and decorating them is very relaxing .There is an old stereotypes that cooks are intuitive open minded soul who cook by the seat of their pants,whereas a baker are precise and are controlling slaves to a recipe.But all the hard work a baker does are rewarded with praises and wonderful smiles from family,friends, and special someone. Its this reaction and sense of achievement that brings back bakers to the kitchen again and again. So are you a baker?
