People never learn, drunk and drive cause serious consequence

On local news report as well as local newspaper, another fatal car accident which involve drunk driver just happen 3 weeks ago. The victim is a college student who will be a future politician. The drunk driver is a bartender, a lady works at a club late at night, and drive recklessly at 2:30 A.M. in the morning. Now, she is facing 10 years sentence, 5 years in prison, and another 5 years in parole. At the court, even though the perpetrator apologize to the victim's family, they will never forgive her of what she did. The victim sister even shot back in harsh words, "she wish that she die at that accident instead of her brother." Also, she should know better when she is in a drunken condition, which is not suitable for driving. We already see millions of those advertisement from our government, and many sad stories from newspaper and on Television as well. Why people never learn from it?
