The GrandFather Clause

November 8, 2011 10:55pm CST
I have heard of this living will thing called the Grand Father Clause, I was told that the grandpa can leave all his property and or belongings or split them up within his Grandchildren as he sees fit. If this is true, how can you look this up to see what a Grandparent may or my not be passing on to you if you wanted too. Some people grew up with step parents family more and are just curious but cannoot ask there biological family members about this for different reason's. Is there maybe a website for this like ancestery.com that could help a person who seeks there answers on this subject. If anybody knows where to look please comment on this discussion to let me know. Thanks, A.B.
