It will always say yes to my commitments but with some specifications because not all the time you could have financial liquidity. So I could not say go to certain project but the commitment is still there yet just with certain financial problems.I like to make things clear to all concern that availability of funds depend on the impact of the needs in the organization so are all its activities.

You are right there my friend that careful study to certain projects are essential for the success of the project.A minor problem can still be encountered even if you have manage to make every details comprising the entire project very clear and understood.I wish you had a great project to make.

If there is a budget constraint, you need to way things carefully. First to consider it, will your go reach the project to completion despite the budget issue? If the answer is not or you are not 100% sure, better assume that saying yes will be a disaster. If you think that even with financial concern, your project would pull it through, then by all means it's a yes. Saying yes to a project which you can't deliver will not only impact your project but your entire organization in general.

I have just pinpoint some minor problems in a certain project. It could not affect the
entire project yet it could just affect in a small portion of its overall operation. The operation of the project really is going strong yet like any other organization there are a small problems we can still encounter yet it can be solve in another term to do with the management.
