Have you ever considered joining this tv show Wipeout? I love watching it especially the final round. It is a challenging game but looks a bit dangerous. You have to be full of strategies as well as energy to win.

I love the show; but I would not like to be the participant. Have you listened to the way the hosts are making fun of the contestants the whole time? Some of them are quite brutal too. I don't know how anyone participate in it, well, I guess the chance to win the money won.
Saying all that, I do love watching people making themselves look silly. And this show certainly is that.

Yes, I noticed how the hosts make fun of them. I just love the show because it makes me laugh but I also pity those participants who get hurt just because they want to win. Like you, I wouldn't like to participate in that game, I will not win anyway. Thanks, zralte!
I do admire the participants for trying though.

I loved watching this T.V program especially the Huge ball bouncing back.Yeah its kinna scary maybe they set up the props not to hurt their participants who join the said program.

I am now too old to consider it but even if I was younger I would not go on. I am not athletic enough to try it. Besides, I would not want to look foolish on national TV.

I would have to agree with the last part, lol. But if it's the only way to make money, maybe I'd give it a try - if they give money to every participant. I know I'd lose cause like you, I'm not athletic. Thanks, burrito!

Hmmm, haven't read those books but I did read some Stephen King books. They're brutal and bizarre and even scary. It would be scary if TV programmers think like King! Thanks for sharing about this.

I watch this show too, although it is a challenging game to many people, but for me it is more to a program that make fun of the participant. 
I can never imagine how will it be if I were to participate in such a program. I think I will need to train myself for a year before I join the program, it will need to be tough and full of energy to get to the final. and of course, you will have to have strategies to win the game.

I never really got into this show. I never found it funny when people got hurt. I see how it's funny, but just not for me. I also have a really sensitive stomach so even when I see people get hurt with no blood, I get sort of queasy. I don't think I would ever go on this show.

I just wonder how the participants can still go on with the game without being hurt on the process. And even if they're hurt, they seem not to show it. Anyway, thanks for the response :)

You are right. The last participants on the final round look so tired sometimes they seem unable to finish the game. Thanks!
