I have been experiences intense blotting and stomach pain for a few months now. It is so bad it wakes me up when I am sleeping.
So I decided to start drinking ginger ale instead of coke and pepsi. It is working wonders, the ginger ale is taking away all my gas and bloated feeling.
Do you have any good home remedies to share for gas and bloating?

My mom and grandmother used to drink 7-up and Dr. Pepper. My mom used to put alittle soda in tomato suip to take the citric out for those who get stomache aches from citric acid. Baking soda in water helps with bloating and gas. And the ginger ale just goes to show that getting back to nature food products is where it's at.

I can see how the ginger ale can help. Although drinking any kind of soda all of the time is very bad for you. You probably should be going to the doctors for your intense bloating since it could be something very serious. I don't have any homemade remedies for gas and bloating, except lay off the soda.

We sip on ginger ale when we are sick. Kim has been sick for a few days now.. got her some ginger ale today.. she had to go to the doc. She has a UTI which is causing her to be sick and throwing up.
