is buxjunction is scam or fraud

dear all lot members,
can any one tell me is bux junction ptc is real paid to members, as the term of payment they show they paid only upgrade members and for standard or free members they should reach the cashout of $25 and they make cashout, now my question is this, if i am free members and earn $15 in my account which include $5 bj signup bonus, now if i upgrade with $10 pack who much amount i will cashout, or if i going to reach $25 than who much amount i will cashout. please clear my doubt thnks in advance.

The site has been online for more than 3 years already and still paying. Don't upgrade your account yet. I suggest you upgrade only when you have a total of BJ$50 at least. You won't reach ROI with just BJ$25. Although I haven't upgraded my account with BJ yet, I have experienced that with their sister site Buxify. I upgraded too early (Buxify$25) and only able to reach 50% ROI.
