how to delete an altertpay account

I once register an altertpay account, but now,i want to use another address and email to register another one. I have read the guideline and knew they don't allow two accounts from same person. So i want to delete my frist altertpay account, it is said we can send email to altertpay to ask for deletion. But what is their email address. Is there anyone here know it, thanks very much.

I don't really understand. I think you can go to your account and change your address and email. I think Alertpay allows it since it is common for people to change their contact information. As long as the name is correct, nothing will be a problem. You don't really have to delete your current account and register a new one.

Thanks for your answer, i knew very little about altertpay. Yes, it is because some of my information needs to be changed. I thought it doesn't allow such thing, and will closed my account if i do so much changes.

It is useless to delete an account just to change an email address, because you can add an email address to your AlertPay account in your profile and select it as your primary email address after you have validated their email.
