Hey friends!
There are a few dishonest task creators around on mylot of whom some of you might be aware of. I just wanted to know if there is any option of reporting such abusers of terms to the admin. I get pissed off seeing such task creators coming up repeatedly to post their silly tasks, in spite of not approving our old submissions!!!
What do we do with such guys? How do we deal with them? Should we boycott their tasks by being united? Should we report to admin? Your views on it please.

From myLot FAQ: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq21.aspx
"What should I do if my task is still pending?
That depends on how long it has been pending. We recommend you wait at least a week before contacting a Task Creator about a pending task."
First of all, you have to wait at least a week. And then, you may contact Task Creator or Admin.
Personally, I ever got a pending submission of more than a week. Then I wrote a message to task creator - but no answer. Then I tried to wrote a message to GoAskAlice; then by the time he red my message, he's approving it for me. Yay.

Some tasks show pending status even after 3 or 4 weeks. If Contacting task creator doesn't yield any result we can contact GAA. But what if we don't get a response from there too? Is there any other option? Please guide so that all mylotters are benefitted by this.

Yes I agree with you there a 3 creators who never approved my task for their simple task. They keep repeating their task but still never seen a message for approval. I hope admin will fix this issue and contact the task creator. I know myloters we wait for many days but still no approval but lets wait .

NO dear. I don't think that person will approve our tasks anymore. Because he has posted at least 3 more tasks over a week's time now. He hasn't replied to my private msg either! I know who you are mentioning :P We'll not "digg" into it as it will violate the rules of mylot.:P
But we should bring this to the notice of admin I guess. It's not a joke and the task creators can't eat away our time and cheat on us!

I was a victim too,and I know how bad one feels in such a time. I know one person who has a habit of doing that and every time changing the rules to fit in his game, to make sure he finds something to fail you when you have completed the task.

Yes, you are right. Some task creators i think cheats us. I also have three pending approvals and two of them were submitted months ago already, and the other one was submitted more than a week now and these are still pending. I don't know what he/she is waiting for before taking notice of our tasks. Perhaps he/she doesn't want to lose some of his/her balance investment?

PERHAPS is not the right word!! They are SURELY not interested to spend. They're done with their intention of making us do their task and now they don't want to pay us!
I will now focus my time of tasks in discussions and just don't do anything if my mood is not right to discuss. Better not waste time with tasks than to regret later!

hi buddha3 I think if they are being dishonest they should be reported to mylot admins just like any rule breaking post we
make.Mylot should not be a home to dishonesty in any form tasks or posts. We should boycott and repoet too to get rid of dishonesty here.

I rarely sign up for a task, but I think I know who you're referring to. I don't think boycotting tasks would solve the problem. He might just create another account and then post tasks again. We just have to hope that Admin is vigilant about these things.

You are absolutely right. I've noticed that such task creators don't have a single post on their name. They just create an account maybe just to post tasks and then vanish. Maybe we must avoid such members' tasks. I too wish the admin is vigilant and ban such members and also take some preventive measures to stop such acts.

Yes, he doesn't reply to our messages. There is another creator who has not approved one of my tasks. He is actually a trusted one and has approved all tasks on time. He missed out on only one. But at least they should reply to our PMs.
And yes, I'm very impressed with azure..She is very professional and honest and very straight forward!
