That, apparently, is the title of this cross-stitch I just finished. It was a freebie pattern from The Art of Stitching that I downloaded maybe a year ago. This site offers cross-stitch patterns of Fine Art, and offers small freebies from time to time.
This one is 5"x7" on 18-ct, and was based on the artwork of Harrison Fisher. The pattern I downloaded was all full crosses, but I adapted it to include half-crosses to smooth out the chin, neck and dress lines.

She is pretty, isn't she? This is the first one I've done from Art of Stitching. Since they don't use blends, I wondered how it stacked up against Scarlet Quince, who (I think) go overboard in the blends...

Since coming back from the cruise I am trying to settle in on my cross stitching cycle again.
I don't notice blends on Mystic Stitch either. Or I should say I have not seen any with the patterns I have been working on.
