Things someone saw during my last alternative healing.

A bat, an angel with hummingbird wings, and faceless ancestors were what one person saw around me. She also saw a teridactile.
I looked up "bat" in one book and saw Shamanic Death and rebirth. I think my guardian angel, I'm making work overtime. So she needs really fast wings. I think my faceless ancestors are standing guard and are ready to receive me when I cross over and I will be able to see their faces. The last one, a dinasaur, I have no idea. I know I've been around for a long time, but. . . ..
So how would you interpret those symbols? Has anyone seen anything around you? How did you or they interpret what was seen?

I am new to the interpretation of animal symbles. I know that this is a common Native American practice. But then I am not very much versed in this type of alternative healing. Since I just joined your discussions, can I ask if you are ill? And if so could the nature of your illness account for any of these animals?

I've just had a thought on dinosaurs. they are a part of the ground beneath our feet. they are so long gone that they have become stone. a part of the Earth itself, that once walked and thought, and bred and ate.
maybe they are here to remind you that life is fleeting, but also so very permanent. and that under great pressure we change form entirely, and come out made of stronger stuff, even if that is irreversably changed.

bats are wonderful creatures.
the more you learn about them, the more amazing they are. symbolically, I would say that their main quality is how they have created a real niche for themselves. few creatures hunt insects by night, because they hunt by sight. so by hunting insects by night, using echolocation, they have a whole source of food that many other creatures can't access.
symbolically, I would say that bats represent having a knowledge of something that most people do not have, and seeing what others can't usually see.

Wow.. Your experience has been unique... I have never had one... My Mom and the teacher at the temple, when I was kid, always told me that I would never be able to see spirits... because I am a 'monster human'... so I will not be able to detect such spirits... But your experience is really unique and interesting... Just take care... These things are not too good to play with...

I don't see spirits. The person who spoke has the gift. I don't have the gift.
I mean no disrespect to your Mother or the Teacher, but it would have been more positive to say that your gift or gifts do not include seeing spirits. Then if they knew, to tell you what gifts you do have.
Spirits, like humans, come in good and whatever you believe to be the opposite. Also like humans, they tend to be all around us. So given the previous two beliefs, we are constantly asking to be only surrounded by spirits who are good and for our highest good. We do not play with them. No ouiji boards or anything. We ask for the help of the good spirits only to watch over us and to, if they see fit and if it's for our highest good, help us with healing. If a room is full of good spirits, there is no room for the other kind.Spirits who only want to help you achieve your highest good or to keep negative spirits out aren't there to hurt you.
Not sure what a "monster human" is. Are you a shapeshifter? A warrior? Reincarnated from a winged dinosaur (dragon)? That leaves a lot open for interpretation. Were they just telling you that you were a little brat when you were misbehaving? (People in my area call kids little monsters when they misbehave and the boggie man will get them.) So I'm not sure what that was all about. Are you?

i tend to spend time interpreting my weird dreams rather than things hovering around me, but i would say the angel has hummingbird wings as she is hovering over you, the faceless ancestors are faceless because you don't really know them, either because you don't want to, or whatever, and to know them would be useful, because a dinosaur is a monster from the past, and the faceless ancestors could be concealing the monster from the past, and the bat could then symbolise shamanic rebirth once you have dealt with the monster from the past.
but you have to bear in mind that i see every problem as being caused by a monster from the past and therefore look on this interpretation in light of that information, and discount it accordingly.
and that angel, she could be flapping her wings like crazy as you are not paying enough attention to her, and she wants you to notice her.
