Starring (JErry) Jack Nicholson. A retiring police chief pledges to catch the killer of a young child... it was a good movie, I was just kind of disappointed about the ending- the main characters didn't get what they deserved. spoilers ahead: The killer who did heinous crimes, brutally killing and raping little girls; and the cop who tried his best to catch the real killer was pushed to insanity. It was just so sad.. I kind of hate Aaron Eckhart's character- if he didn't put the words in the mouth of the suspect, they could have pursued the real killer and Jerry could have had a family..

Serial killers can really destroy alot of people and enjoy doing it. I don't think I saw this. Jack is a very good actor. I haven't seen him in anything in years now. Drove the cops nuts huh? He must have really got into it personally. They aren't really supposed to for just this reason.

I admire Jack Nicholson, he usually plays his part well. I have not seen this mvie though- I have only read reviews about it. And it seems there are two sides about the ending, some believe Jerry was right while a few others don't. What do you think?
