friends what is your openion about eating fast food and homely preparing natural food ???because there have many artificial ingredients adding in the food.so what is your openion about it and what is your thoughts about a healthy food ??

I choose homely food, cos I know what is the material and the ingredient in it. I also make it by myself so I can certain that I dont add any artificial ingredient. Further, eating this food is no need to go to restaurant cos I have it at my home. The most important thing is economic, very economic. I can adjust my expense with the proper food. Since I have limited money to spend for food. Hahahahaha.
