Would PayPal still accept money from another site even without debit card?

I am nearing my payout in MyLot, after three years of on and off connection(*phew*), in just a couple more posts. So now even though excited for my first payout, I'm also worried. Would PayPal accept money such as MyLot earnings into my PayPal account even without my debit card registered or connected to it? I am still having a little bit of a problem with my debit card/bank you see...

No debit card linked - means your account hasn't verified yet?
Well, you should be able to receive payment even your account hasn't verified yet.
But, without verification, you can't withdraw your money and you can't buy things from some sellers. Some sellers aren't accepting payment from buyers who's not verified.
Better go verified as soon as possible.

That is correct. I am experiencing a problem with my current bank due to past transactions that didn't go well (where my mother had to borrow my money in my savings account). I do not plan to purchase anything in the net anytime soon as I still have to make my money grow...at least that's the plan that I'm sticking to. But at least it's good to know that I can still acquire the money. I guess, I'll just have to raise my MyLot payout a little bit higher, for this time to avoid complications later... I have a very limited cash on hand that I'm afraid it won't reach the quota for creating a new savings account. Most of my money are virtual. ^^;
And this bank ,I'm having a little bit of a problem, is the best option I have in all the other banks here in the Philippines.

paypal still accept money from any site nor any person even if your not verified not dont have any bank account added though the only problem is that you cant withdrawn the money to your bank account so the money will stay in paypal until you verified. your bank account and credit card name must also match on your paypal account or you will be in big trouble.

What do you mean by your last statement: "your bank account ans credit card name must also match on your paypal account"? I still haven't verified my account in Paypal, so how do I link my card and paypal account that I won't commit that mistake?

it means that you need to have real name in paypal coz if not then you cant withdrawn the money to your bank coz if you use fake name which doesnt match your bank account then it cant be added to paypal. so your full name must match with the whole name you registered with paypal besides you cant change name in your paypal account.
