Hi adhyz: That's a nice question. Actually payment proofs are not generally the first thing I see when I read a review about a site. They can be a good sign because they tell us that the site probably is paying (sometimes we can't trust even about them because they can be fake) but most important is that you evaluate if you really like the site. If I don't feel comfortable participating on a site I won't try it but if I enjoy it I will give it a try so I will never feel that I have wasted my time.

Yes, it's very motivating.
But also it could trigger cautiousness, too
Usually at least i'd like to see second (or third etc.) opinion. Just to make sure that the site is legit.

I am motivated to work hard because I want to earn extra money, a big payout means that person worked very hard to earn it.

The bigger the amount reflected in the payment proof, the more i won't believe in them. If it's so easy to earn that much, there won't be that many people struggling to earn online. If that person is really earning so much, they won't share it that easily without a price. It's all about common sense and if we allow greed to rule our head, we would end up losing more than what we think we ought to earn. It's a simple logic i live by in my life and it applies for my online earnings too.
