Holla there Lotters! It just came on my mind while I am here sitting drinking coffee. I am curious, does sweating really help burn your fat? Is this why exercise is good or better for those trying to lose weight? Which its burn? calories or fat? I am curious,what/how does sweating helps?

Exercise combined with sweat resulting in decreased body fat. Higher intensity workouts resulting in excessive sweating increase the amount of water loss. But don't forget to have water, to prevent dehydration. EXPERT INSIGHT: Sweating as a result of cardio exercise exercise is part of a training program that results in reductions of excess body fat and body weight. Sweating as a result of non-exercising factors such as fever, medications, and emotional situations does not bring your heart rate into a fat burning zoneand is not considered an effective method for losing body fat.

Hi Hunibani, I agreed with that exercise part you said and I didn't know that not all time when we sweat actually burn fats haha. How about the sauna thing tho? Does it burn fats too or not?
