Hello myLotters, good day!
I came across an article regarding topic as above: Emotional Intelligent & Intelligence Quotient; Which one is more important? It gets me wondering as both are really important. Yet, when I think twice, and read more about the article, I found out that emotional intelligence is more important that IQ. What do you think? Please share your opinions. Thanks!

I think both are equally important.
For instance, you may be very intelligent, but if you're emotional IQ is low, and you have no compassion on people or concern for your fellow man, you will NOT use that intelligence to help, possibly to even use it to hurt.

Emotional intelligence is use by our frequent daily routines where we are whether you are at home or at your business deals where as,an intelligence quotient is the ability of the person to answer correctly an instant question given to him at a very minimal time. You are correct that emotional intelligence is much more important because that is your intelligence of thinking what you do in a practical way as you wanted to do in your own house.
