stars on my name

when my stats reach 100, i have now a star beside my name when i am posting to discussions, an i can also see the same with other veteran members her in mylot but i do not know what is this for? at first i started with a number 4 in my star and as the days passes, it changes to 5 then 6. what is this mean? thank you. i am just curious everyone.

The star is just like a pat on the back for reaching your 100th post and the number inside the star is the votes that people in myLot are giving you. The higher the number, the more positive votes you're getting, the lower the number, the more negative votes you're getting.

The star number is your mylot reputation, its decrease when you get negative rating and its increase when you get positive rating.
