Do you find it easy to keep on contact with friends and family? Why?

It is quite easy for me to contact with friends and family. We can contact with each other by internet, phone call, and text message. Sometimes when I arrived a new place, I will send my friend a special postcard. So there are plenty of ways to communicate with friends and family nowadays. Whenever and wherever I can easily contact with them. How about you? Do you find it easy to keep on contact with friends and family? :)
