I loved the Monkees show when I was younger. I sad to hear of Davey Jones passing. A friend of mine told me that Peter Tork of the Monkees was Canadian, that was interesting, I never knew that. I think Davey was British. and the others American, I think. My husband says that they weren't really a singing group just a bunch of wanna-bees that made a comedy show. He laughs at their name and says who names their band the monkees and I said well, the beatles was already taken. Ha!Ha! I'm in a joking mood , today, I guess. Your thoughts, my Lot, friends!
