account suspended??

i tried logging in into my donkeymails account and i was surprised seeing the message that my account has been suspended. i didn't do anything to defy their policy. can you please guide me on this???

Have you contacted them? Very rarely their scripts suspend when there is variation in IP address. Are you sure your profile information was correct? (Means you didn't select any interests like 'I am a cheater', 'I dont know English' or like that.)
