How do you concentrate or focus?

Are you kind of person who lacks concentration and focus? If that is the case then how come you lack concentration or focus especially on the task that you are doing?
How do you solve this kind of problem if you have been like this before? What did you so in order for you to have concentration or focus?

One has to learn many tricks to adapt to such problems within the processors of the brain. One way is to find a way that works for you so you can remember things. Another is to figure out what you can do to block out outside stimulus from what you are trying to accomplish.
