It is never been easy when we experience some depression. I for one experienced that thing. Those were the days that I feel like the world was so against me.
There was a time when I was scheduled to get married to the man that I used to believed the right guy for me but fate proved me wrong. I was not expecting that my man had a mutual relationship to a friend and my friend get pregnant.
Good thing I was not being fooled of getting that guy married. hehehe... LUCKILY!!!heheh.. I was so depressed that time where i even came to a point to get suicide. TOINK!!! As I've moved on and passed that struggle the experienced that I have will never be erased and I am much proud to say that I am very much happy for that because I learned a lot of things and I learn how to cope up with depression.

I've suffered with depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. In my 20s, my doctor put me on Prozac. It has worked great for me. I have tried to go off Prozac several times in the past, but I just turn right back into a crazy loon! I was told I have some major chemical imbalance in my body and that I'll probably be on Prozac for the rest of my life. Depression and anxiety are definitely no fun and are very difficult to cope with as it's a lifelong problem that just doesn't go away.

It is hard to cope with depression. I am thankful that my boyfriend supports me and knows when there are times when I need to be hugged and just need to cry. I spend time listening to my favorite songs, exercising more when I feel especially depressed. I also talk to my pastor when it feels unbearable. It helps a great deal.
