How about using digg.com to increase traffic ?

Hi friends what is your experience of using digg.com as a tool for increasing traffic to various sites . I am trying recently to use it for my redgage,expertscolumn and triond links and I am getting very good response .Please share your experiences .

Although Digg's a good way to boost traffic, you may be better off with Reddit or Delicious. Digg did a total site redesign a ways back and the majority of their user base hated it: in protest, they all went to Reddit.
This means Digg has a much smaller membership than the competition which can be a bonus because you stand out easier but limits the potential traffic you can get.

I've been using Digg around a year or so now. It was hard at first since I didn't have many people following me, but once I started following people and them following me back, my experience on there got better. It's a great tool to have for promoting your links.

That's good to hear . Do you use the same username ? I will follow you then . Is it that we can digg a person's post only once . I am just 3 days old there .
