If you aren't pregnant, you might be retaining water. What have you been up to that is outside of your normal behaviour? Travelling? Could you have picked up a parasite? And how long has it been since you weighed yourself? Ten pounds couldn't sneak up on me, my clothes wouldn't fit before then.

I would suggest you to cut off sugar and snacks. Keep yourself moving like walking more and exercising. I think there might be some calorie food that we did not watch that might have contributed to the weight gain. Check your diet once more and see what you have eaten and make a more good diet and a fool proof plan that might work to lose weight.

It's hard to say what exactly is going on in your case. However, it may be worth taking a look at how you define "healthily" in regards to food. What sort of food have you been eating? And in what quantities? That may not be the whole story, but it is worth evaluating.

Keep a food journal to track what you're eating. Cut out the processed foods. Don't buy "diet" foods. Don't take diet pills (At best, they're ineffective; at worst, they're dangerous). Don't follow fad diets.
The only thing that actually works for the long-term is eating real food and staying physically active.

lack of exercise probably. I am afraid that I didn't workout enough, and I might gain some pounds over the years and months. I felt that I am too lazy to walk out, or do something heavy. I should work out sometimes to reduce or trim down those fat protein of mine. That is a must.

Maybe you are stressed or less active than before? I have problems too sometimes with weight, when I was far away from my family I really cared about eating healthy and exercising, but for some reason I put on weight, instead of losing some. Lately I lost a lot and can't put any weight back. For me it seems to be affected by stress and emotions very much.

Yeah,that's maybe has something to do with our emotions,but i do not feel much stressed,instead of eating much maybe.Anyway,summer is coming and i know that exercise would be a good way,but i do not have time for it.lol,maybe i should really take some actions now.lol,really thanks for sharing ,my friend.Just enjoy.
