I'm surprised that i gained for almost 10 pounds!!

It's shocking that i gained for almost 10 pounds and it's unbelievable to me.I thought that i'm eating healthily,so what's going on?

If you aren't pregnant, you might be retaining water. What have you been up to that is outside of your normal behaviour? Travelling? Could you have picked up a parasite? And how long has it been since you weighed yourself? Ten pounds couldn't sneak up on me, my clothes wouldn't fit before then.

That maybe true that as you know that winter has gone and spring goes fast.Now it is going to be summer in my country.But i do feel that i have gained weight and just my body feels it.So i jumped on the scales and it really scares me.

It might be due to your body metabolism. Our metabolism slow down as we age. It is how food is being burn by our body to be use as energy. If it is not burn, we often gain it.

You are so right that we will lose weight if the calories are burned.So i'm trying to eat less high protein.

I would suggest you to cut off sugar and snacks. Keep yourself moving like walking more and exercising. I think there might be some calorie food that we did not watch that might have contributed to the weight gain. Check your diet once more and see what you have eaten and make a more good diet and a fool proof plan that might work to lose weight.

I think it is good to go for less snacks and eat healthy. Walking is a good form of exercise. I think one can do walking in museum or place where there are no vehicle and switch on headphone with mobile or FM player with songs in it.

First really thanks for giving me advices and i just eat barbecue these days at night with my friends.Well,maybe that's also a reason being fat.eh.So embarrasing and i really need to take actions.

It's hard to say what exactly is going on in your case. However, it may be worth taking a look at how you define "healthily" in regards to food. What sort of food have you been eating? And in what quantities? That may not be the whole story, but it is worth evaluating.

Keep a food journal to track what you're eating. Cut out the processed foods. Don't buy "diet" foods. Don't take diet pills (At best, they're ineffective; at worst, they're dangerous). Don't follow fad diets. The only thing that actually works for the long-term is eating real food and staying physically active.

I just can't figure out.lol,well,i bought some pills to help me lose,but now i'm afraid it will have some side effect.So i just stop eating them.

lack of exercise probably. I am afraid that I didn't workout enough, and I might gain some pounds over the years and months. I felt that I am too lazy to walk out, or do something heavy. I should work out sometimes to reduce or trim down those fat protein of mine. That is a must.

Maybe you rare eating too healthy :) Seriously, maybe you are building more muscle or something like that. Are you pretty active? I gained about the same this past winter but I know what mine is from.

That is what happened to me this past winter. I wasn't anywhere near as active as I used to be so I gained weight. Now that my life is different and I am more active the pounds are slowly going away. Time for more walking :)

Maybe you are stressed or less active than before? I have problems too sometimes with weight, when I was far away from my family I really cared about eating healthy and exercising, but for some reason I put on weight, instead of losing some. Lately I lost a lot and can't put any weight back. For me it seems to be affected by stress and emotions very much.

Yeah,that's maybe has something to do with our emotions,but i do not feel much stressed,instead of eating much maybe.Anyway,summer is coming and i know that exercise would be a good way,but i do not have time for it.lol,maybe i should really take some actions now.lol,really thanks for sharing ,my friend.Just enjoy.

yes,i will try to stand as long as i can instead of sitting in front of the desk when i'm working.lol,it's really a little bit hard.
