When good guys become bad guys...

That's what happens in our neighborhood since the good people are outnumbered by the bad people. 
The good people only want peace and quiet, and clean surroundings while the bad people say they are so selfish and should just live n subdivisions if they want a clean place. 
If only we could afford to live there we would.. We are just so outnumbered here..

It sounds like you aren't in the best neighborhood. If it is really so bad you should move. I certainly wouldn't let them be dirty or bad without call the city or the police. I would make sure the law is being withheld. The city shold do something if they are being dirty. Good luck to you.
