We are in the process of renovating our humble home, and since I am the wife, I get to be in charge of the interior makeover. My problem is, I am not the artistic type and would always go for the safe side. I wanted to make changes that are really worth the money we'll be spending for this, so, as much as possible, I'd like to experiment on elements like paint colors, lighting, and color combinations.
I'm hoping to get tips and suggestions from you on how to get started, and information sources that I could refer to.

Hi! i love designing our house. but i know it's quite expensive so i use some remedies. with regards to painting, i colored our room pink and purple. i just used 3 colors of paints. 1 liter of white and then one small red paint, and violet paint. i just mixed the red one with the white to make pink and then the white with the violet to make it lavender in color. if i buy 1 liter of those mixed paints, it will be expensive to color the whole room. and then since i have a baby, i did not put mirrors inside my room. and also i made sure that the cabinets are high that the baby cannot reach it. you can also get your house beautiful by putting colored curtains,depending on your taste. some vase with beautiful flowers etc. you can always buy cheap but quality decorations if you want to save money. and also making your home cozy and simple will make it beautiful alone. just make the furniture fixed in position and always clean. it will look elegant.

Wow. You seem so engaged and really enjoyed the whole process. I also like the pink and purple combo, but I'm a little hesitant that my husband might think, I made it too feminine.
I like a happy and vibrant color for the living room, perhaps mint green or sunny yellow. And, all furnitures would have the same shade of brown.

If you want to make changes in your home instantly,you can start with paints.You can personalize and use different colors for bed rooms,according to the occupant's favorite color but try to avoid very bright hues to promote sleep.You can use neutral color in the other parts of the house.Another way of changing the ambiance is adding pieces of furniture,paintings,and curtains.

When it comes to home improvement it has various factors from floor to ceiling. Usually, home improvement can be a mixer of furniture design, flooring design, ceiling design etc.
