Is megatypers joking?

Hello mylotters! I am a member of megatypers but i am not active and i do not visit a site a long time. However, just this time, i visitted the site and log in to my account. On the topmost page of the site it has a message saying that all webmoney payments has been blocked it say to visit my profile page to change the payment method. Now, is megatypers joking? It very impossible to change the payment method because megatypers do not allow members to change payment method. I do not really have the problem with this one because i do not work on that site anymore but i just want to share the information with you guys.
