what do you think about North Korea's rocket launch?

i dont really have a background about rocket launches and the effects of it. does it affect the whole environment? because ive heard that flights are cancelled because of the said rocket launch. if it does affect, in what way? and what are your insights about it? will it benefit the whole mankind or it would just benefit North Korea?
