I was lisening to the news earlier and heard of a poor cabbie in my state. Late last night the cab fare was paid in gun shots.
Im not sure of his condition. This is so very sad and i feel for the cabbie community whom must be scared. What is your reaction to this?

Well, SomeCowgirl, I think being a cabbie is a risky job because you work alone and are vernable. I think anyone who would take advantage of such an easy target is among the lowest of the low. Ever now and again there are reports of similar attacks, some even more violent; they always make me sad. I hope that things will get better for taxi drivers, they are some important to our society; but what can we do to insure their safety? What can we do?
