Blessed are those who have their own worksations. They don't have to worry on how to work properly every single day; especially for call center agents who doesn't have permanent workstation.
No papers, no bottled water... not a thing on the table.
But what's good about some companies; most of supervisors would allow even a small picture frame for some motivation, a small mirror to check your face's dispositions and a non-spill mug for quench thirst.
What I have here on my desk are a otaku mousepad of Hunter X Hunter, picture frame with motivational quotes that I design (instead of printing; i doodle it) my personalized mug and my Starbucks 2012 planner. Perfect for my everyday routine.
How about you? What's on your desk lately?

hahaha these things you had in your table actually made me laugh
I'll be leaving for work in 2 and half hours and it actually reminds me of what I have my office. I had my huge pen (14 inches long) thickness is double the size of marker haha I had 2 mirror stick on my wall both left and right, 2 pc, a telephone, sticky notes in different colors and shapes, qoutes that I had it printed in different colored papers with bold letters
, rhinestone mouse and mug of cappuccino blast

I'm working at home (students' job), so it's all personalized :D. But I'm planning to get a real proper job one day, and I may have a nice motivational pic or two in nice frames on the desk and some nice-looking pens in a cute holder... maybe a nicer tea mug... but nothing else. If I was at work, I'd like my place to be clean and simple, not with loads of junk and ornaments here and there.

it's okay to be a neat freak some times. Putting something that keeps you going during work times are not mandatory but can be necessary. Still it depends on the person who's going to use the workstation =)
