I'm about to open up a blog but instead of cosplaying experiences; I will focus on work experiences. I'm just weighting option between pro's and con's about doing it online and what will be the cosequences. Or how about sharing experiences regarding your previous posts about work and how do you find it lately (if it is intriguing or funny at work) Please do share your thoughts.

I did but I never really name drop my company nor any of my team mates or boss. Whenever I post something about my workplace, I always keep in mind that I need to be careful in what I put in. I never really post as "anonymous" since it's like being ashamed of your thoughts. I mean, if people really want to know of my ideas that are not in my post, they would PM me or something right? Actually my personal blog also serve as my work-experience blog so there's really no need to go anonymous. Lolz! I also don't use my work laptop for work-related rants :D

And wows... good for you that you have a laptop. When am I going to get one of those? hahaha.. I'll wait for my earning here then ^_^-)

Try getting a netbook instead :D Cheaper and more portable. I do keep blog but I only post once in a while. I used to be active on Vox and I have quite a number of followers but after it closed down and used Typepad as replacement, I dropped that blog but kept my Livejournal account (mainly for fangirling. Lolz!). I keep my personal blogs on blogspot though. Feel free to add me up if you're using blogspot ;)

If you don't do it on the employer's property (laptop or computer), remain anonymous and don't give away too many details about your workplace (no names, no exact place, not writing stories with the littlest details), I think you could get away.

Thanks for the great tip Capt. Albert and Dorofee =D. Will take note of that. Well to keep it safe I won't going to use my work computer to do some ranting then. Sometimes it helps venting out feeling without making it terrible in the management's view. And of course; in making it civil afterwards since you've ask for other's opinion on how to deal about it in the later time.

If you want to rant about your work, make sure you are anonymous to make sure you wont reveal your identity. I had been ranting about my work in this website and no and I have never revealed my identity. Look I had been promoted and I still complain about my work. If you want to make a blog about your work, and you will rant about it, dont upload pictures of your self, keep your self anonymous.
