Getting difficult to wake the next day...

Good day Fellow Mylotters, As far as I know, if you sleep late, then the tendency is waking up late. As it is kind a difficult to wake up early the next day if you sleep late last nite. But, not this friend of mine. As I really do not know where he gets his power to wake early the next day. And I do really admire him for waking up early everyday. That, he don't even need an alarm clock to wake up. Even though how late he sleep, still his body clock used to wake up early. Hence often times, I try to imitate if I can wake up early the next day, but, it seems so difficult to me. Most especially if I sleep very late last night.

hi, it always happened to me especially when the next day is my rest day because i know its my rest day even i have many things to do on my rest day,but there were times that i have a duty on the next day and its really hard for me to wake up because my sleep is really short but i have no choice so i still get up.

It takes practice. Practice makes it perfect. He he When I was in 1st grade and my class starts at 7:00 in the morning, I used to wake up early even if I do not have an alarm clock. It is more like a habit. Sometimes my mom would wake me up early to go to school. When I started to use alarm clock on my cell phone, it is more like a habit too. I am now too much dependent in my alarm clock, but now, if I do not use alarm clock to wake me up early, I would wake up very late. The habit we used to, is now gone. So it is more like a practice or it is more like a habit. If you use it every day without alarm clock, days passed you would wake up early in the morning even if without alarm clock. It just takes practice. If a person takes it as a practice to wake up early in the morning without alarm clock, he will get use to it. It would be more like a habit.

Your body won't work like that in a snap, airasheila. You need to discipline yourself to wake up early no matter if you're still tired every morning for a long period of time. That's how you set your body clock. There was a time that no matter whether I slept late the last time, I still wake up early. It was because my body became set at waking up early in the morning on the said time.(I had to wake up everyday at that time because of school) I think that it's good that you're practicing and disciplining yourself to do so. I just hope I can say the same to my body now when it's time for sleeping.

as bad as i hate to, im going to have to start going to bed early maybe around 10 or 11 at night, as i have no energy now and need to see if this is ther problem or not im hating it as well because i want to see my hubby at 12 midnight when he gets home.. so ive been struggling with this alot. and hope to soon fine the vest answer .. and get more energy.. and feel better

Indeed that is why I keep to a regular sleep schedule where I go to sleep early and wake up rather early. It is just the way my brain has been geared to work for some reason. There are just many times where if I wake up only slightly later, it takes me a lot longer to wake up, than if I would have woke up much earlier right in the day. Of course, it really is down to the person in general. There are some people out there who function a little better no matter what the time of the day tends to be. But for the vast majority of us, we are on the clock, and rarely do go right off of the clock. I think that I am one of those people who are on a strict schedule and rather insanely devoted to said schedule.

As we all know that sleep late is really not good for health and also our body function would be affected though.Sleep early and also gets up early would be really energetic the next day.lol,good day.And i've also been found of this issue.

It is all about getting used to it. Your friend is used to wake up early and if your body is used to wake up early then you will always will. There are people also who wake up early even if they are tired because of their important responsibilities like me. I go to sleep late during 2 to 3 am in the morning but also I have to wake up 4 or 5 am in same morning to do my task and go back to sleep after. Motivation is the key.

I think that a lot of people have some problems being able to wake up in the morning, and this means that it might stress us out a fair amount because of the fact that we feel as though we're not getting enough sleep to be able to get up for work the next day. The thing that we should remember is that our work is important, and we have to start getting into a regular routine. Start going to bed at the same time every night, and make sure that you turn off all of your technological gadgets for at least an hour before you go to bed, as this then means that you would be able to concentrate on sleeping and your brain would have a good amount of time to be able to switch itself off from the things that it has gone through during the course of the day.

I am more like your friend. I can sleep late and wake up early, I guess it's about habit. Your friend has been used to do that for years that's why he gets no problem doing so just like I do. I don't like alarm clock either it gives me headache. I have very light ear so you can wake me up just by saying my name softly . So it might take you the whole two weeks to wake up early everyday before it turns into habit and your body get used to it. good luck trying!

Some people are able to do this, and it is just their genetics and body chemistry that make it possible for them to have energy on little to no sleep. Everyone is different, so I wouldn't try matching up to him by any means. Just do what you need to do to get enough rest.

That happens to me as well! Well they (some people) wake up in the morning because they have something called the mind alarm-and they could think about it for all the time and they get up!That is they do it sincerely telling they should get up at that particular time and that happens..My mom is one of those people and i have also admired at so much of them who do this.. Okay as you can see,i'm in rush to my 100th post to see what star i get now! But i never wake up that soon.I never tried that mind-alarm kind of system that everyone says is good and interesting and whatever.I just make my mom go mad by waking me up the whole day.So does my sister :) We are both the same and my mom is different though! So i go to hundred now,don't i?
