Hello Lotters, Tonight I was thinking of checking my Union bank cyber eon account's profile since it's only lately that i thought about it. the problem was that, when I was typing for my Username and the PIN, that's when i thought, i forgot about it, TOTALLY! I tried to find the paper which stores the only information about the password of my new debit card last year. guess what I COULDN't FIND IT! Hard to believe but I know it's my FAULT. am gonna try to call the customer service to see if there is another remedy, otherwise, i might spend money again to replace it with a new card and a freaking new PASSWORD.. Any advice would be helpful. am using Union Cyber Account Debit Card..

oh my! maybe you should call customer care indeed as when it comes to bank passwords they can be pretty strict but i will try asking my friend who is a teller in Union Bank.

There is a form you need to fill up there and of course 150 but i guess they will look for some identification, so you should bring always.. i asked the teller as she is my "kabarkada"

Hello Jazel_Juan, I just wanted to say thank you for asking you're teller so that i might prepared myself to make sure that i can get an atm password. is there anything else that I should bring besides the 150p? because they might think i stole the card, but for this once i will bring my valid ID's. have a nice day and thank you.

I have the same experience but it happened to my ATM bank card.(^^) I still can remember how I felt that day-stressed, panicked, mixed feeling and at the end of the week I need to go to the counter to reset the password. About forgetting online password, you just need to call the customer service line. They will know what to do and help you to reset the password.(^^)

That is what happen when my sister got the same problem and asked them what to do since she can't use her card to withdraw the money. She is really need that money on that time and if she need to get the new one it will take a week and that will overdue the dateline. Luckily the call center people said that she just need to get to the main branch and they will fixed the problem at once.

Hello CTHanum, I don't know if i had the same feeling but am glad i didn't loose my card and only the password of it. I haven't really called them yet because there are other things that i need to do before this. well, i will make time to call the customer service before i could always consider going to the bank personally since the atm password is a sensitive thing. have a nice day.

that is totally lost but at least you know that your ATM is saved from withdrawal now you can try hypnosis who can help you to remember the password but maybe pay for the therapist is more expensive then call the customer care

Hello MS-pitot, I haven't yet because i need additional funds to prevent myself from paying the teller with regards to the password acquiring. i hope i don't get into trouble by simply getting my password back.

Hmmm......it may cost you some money if you do that...If you pretend to lose the card..I think you would need to pay for another card too.

You can go to any branch of the bank and request to reset a password for your ATM. It doesn't take much time but you may pay a fee for changing. Good luck!

Hello ryanong, Yeah i have the money for this but right now i can't afford to have this request since i would have to withdraw it from my bank account and paid 90php Fee. I would probably think of doing that next month since I am saving money lately. I will bring some valid ID's to compensate with this lost. but i hope the teller would believe me this. have a nice day.

Letran, don't worry. You don't have to spend extra money for this matter. I hope by now you have contacted the customer service to resolve your forgotten online ATM password. I ever happened once and i immediately contacted the customer service and she managed to help me restore back my password. I am happy that until today i can still access my that account without any problem. Hope you will jot down your password in some safe place for future reference.

Good day LetranKnight25, With reference to your main topic, it is really a time consuming activity whenever that situation arises. However, lapses in our memory do comes so it is better to have a list of our passcode in one book. Just making sure that book is privately kept in safe place. To your situation, it will be best to ask assistance to the bank itself, so you can be sure that you will get the right solution.

Hi. I also meet with an awkward situation.Several days ago, i checked an insurance report of mine. I found i would go to the office in one month . And then i put it away but before i did it , i thoughti should put it in a safe place in case i lost it. Guess what. when the time was due for that, i could not find it anywhere. I forgot where i had put it. So i had nothing to do but go to the office to report the loss.

You can"t find your current PIN.You can contact the bank and have the number reset. This can be done by visiting any branch. It maybe be possible by contacting the customer service department. There should be a toll free number on the back of the card, and they are open 24/7. Be prepared to verify your identity by providing personal information.
