earning through flipping websites?

hi friends i have a doubt regarding flipping the websites,can we earn money by buying and selling the websites?is it worthy to follow?

If you sell brand new websites the profits are between $10 to $500 dollars if the site is already earning some money you can sell it over a thousand...
I have sold alot of websites.

There is certainly money to be made but you have to be able to add some value to the site in some way if you want to make a good profit.
There are a number of pitfalls which you need to avoid. When you buy a site, you need to be absolutely sure that all the rights to the site, including the hosting, are properly transferred to your name. You will also need to do good research into the previous history of a site, including any backlinks it may have.
Adding value to a site usually involves being competent in SEO and site design and being able to make certain changes so that traffic to the site is legitimately increased and it can be shown that the site has been earning money over, at least, several months.
