What happens when you forfeit a task in mylot?

Hello guys I am just curious what happens if you click the forfeit of particular task here in mylot. Will it do harm in my current earnings in a way that something be deducted from it as a fee perhaps? Thank you for your comments and ideas, I really appreciate them.
