Great! No more irrate in chat!

I have great news for you. You'll get no irrate customer when you take chat in this department.
Everything is sooooooooooooooooooooo easy! I won't be hearing mad customers on the other line. All I have to do is to read chat messages carefully. This will help me deal with customers more and to stay focus without feeling bad about them or about the situation.
Plus I'll have my typing skills upgraded. I'll have most of my fingers typing now unline before; I'm using the index and middle finger only and hitting the space bar with index instead of thumb.
Good to have my sanity in place; here in the chat support team. But; would you believe even you're not hearing the customer on the line; you still need to "listen"? Like we need to analyze their needs even in chat. Share me your experiences about this.
