Algae Eaters and Bottom Feeders

When my dad passed in Feb of this year, I got a 29 gal aquarium from his house. I cleaned it well, got rid of the calcium build up and ended up buying a new pump and filter system. (I got one for a 50 gal tank). I bought a few cheap fish to put in to help cycling the tank, and lost most of them. Now that the tank is established I have 3 remaining fish. I have 2 Lyretail Mollys (cremecicle coloration) and 1 comet goldfish all three going strong all happy and healthy now that the tank has been runing a couple of months. I don't plan to add any more mid or high level fish at the moment. Now I need an algae eater and a couple of bottom dwellers to add to the tank to help keep it clean. I'm already thinking about a couple of small cory catfish for the bottom (mostly because that's what daddy always had in there, in fact that was ALL daddy had in there last time I saw) Now I know pleco's get too big for my little 30 gal tank, so I need suggestions on another algae eater that would work.
