when the phone rings and you answer it but then it goes "dial tone"..it is really annoying and also gets me curious who called...and wish we had caller id.. Also when someone calls and asks who is this, when they're the ones who called. I also did not like before that people always dialed our number when they were calling my school before- we differ by 2 digits and some people actually make that mistake...

That happens to me too and I hate it! I used to get an absurd number of wrong number phone calls. I would answer the phone and the person on the other end would be like, "Who are you?!?!?" and I would go, "I'm the one who owns this phone. Why are you calling me?" lol 
I also get lots of junk-scamy calls that tell me I've one some sort of cruise or that my credit card company is going to cut me a deal to lower my interest rate. I don't even have a credit card. lol

I think it is the work of prankster. They only intend to interfere the time and your concentration. He considers his actions is funny but not funny for us

I had many money which hated many ones in my life. While I was ready to attend an urgent call I revived a call from the cell operator about caller tunes. I was bad at them then suddenly I ended the call.
Sometime I feel them they are irresponsible at what they are, which may lead the users to disturb their life.
