If I offer you some of my homemade chocolate covered caramel marshmellows, I am just trying to be polite. Don't you dare take any. (Yes, I'm supposed to be cutting back, but I did for two whole weeks.)

That sounds very good. Decadent, hard on the teeth, not healthy, but good. So are they hard to make?

Oh I have to try that. Chocolate is only a problem after people add sugar to it. Pure chocolate is quite bitter and not really sweet. That sounds like fun. Enjoy, just don't eat too many! Do they freeze well?

No, not hard to make, I just melt chocolate chips in the microwave and dip the marshmallows in it til they are covered, and let them stand on a piece of waxed paper on a plate and put them in the fridge til the chocolate hardens. They are usually very soft, not hard on the teeth except maybe as far as cavity wise, maybe. Chocolate isn't as bad for teeth as they say, it's probably the marshmallow that's harder with the sweeter content.

Two weeks!? Without sugary, gooey, yummy treats? My goodness girl. Homemade chocolate covered carmel marshmellows? Mmmm. Sounds good. Don't offer me any or I will take you up on it. Carmel holds a soft place in our family. All of us are pretty sweet on it. Hee hee. Happy days!

Oh yea, and I have done it for longer amounts of time too than 2 weeks. It saved me some excersize I had to do otherwise. LOL, I would give you a bite too, just for being my friend.
