"We think you work out too much..."

Has anybody ever said this to you? What did you think of them for saying it? People with 'good intentions' can be the worst individuals because they aren't out to save you from anything, they are purely jealous and their intention is to cause you harm by focusing on something good that you do which they do NOT do.

Oh no..not me. I am not avid exerciser but I do know what you mean. There are people that will say things to...well...slow you down. I guess that is the best way to say it. The thing that gets me about it is that even if what they say does slow you down, it will do nothing to speed them up. I can't understand what they think they will gain. I guess just the satisfaction that they did slow you down. I don't pay any mind to these kind of people. I do what I want.

Oh i hate people who kept on pretending they care and wants to meddle on someone's affairs especially on things like this. There are just some people who does try to annoy you and make you fee insecure especially when they press on and do something like this.

I've never had someone tell me that I work out too much, but I have had people tell me that I'm "too skinny" and that I need to eat an extra donut/burger/pizza and have ice cream for breakfast. Either way, it's none of their business. People don't want others telling them that they don't work out enough or that they weigh too much, so I don't think it's anyone's business to be telling people they work out too much or weigh too little. It's your own health, and you know it better than anyone.

Then you can respond with "No, you just don't work out at all." Actually, I don't like people getting on your business, they should mind their own. You work out because you wanna get fit, that's it. They don't have to dig in deeper til they find a reason to stop you from it.
